Nothing in life is anyone's fault but your own. Take responsibility and take charge. Most of all, if you're unhappy...get over it and move on.

Landscaping PCHS before it opened there were a lot of rocks, Ski Trips, Mount Royal Trips, Theatre Trips, Chess Club, European Handball, The huge track and gym, walking across the street to play hockey at the arena or play pool during breaks(ahem). Math Chemistry and Physics were fun English and History were where you got to meet the real people. Running around the halls, the line down the middle of the school...getting lost easily and enjoying it.
Walking through the cloudy smoking area while Oscar was trying to get everyone to smoke outside. Watching the Canada cup when they combined 4 classes into one...Baie Blouin....ohh and the school bus rides well scratch the last one.
Life moves fast, enjoy it while it's happening not after it's happened. Don't take things personally no matter how personal they are. Travel whenever you can. Enjoy the ride soon you will be writing here,

Glad to find this site. Glad it's free (unlike Classmates.com). I'd sure like to see some more pictures and entries of former grads. Keep up the good work! I'll do my best to pass on the URL to other grads that I'm still in touch with.

After years of being bussed to a different school year in year out, opening day in 72 in this new modern, air conditioned, monster is still vivid. Playing in the band.
Time passes quickly, so enjoy every day.
John Abbott College
Mostly the friends I had in high school, the smoking room trying to see through the smoke to find out who was in there. Going to the dance and missing the bus more times than I want to remember!
You've got to be there anyways, so enjoy your time and make the most of it!
Mr. Linden, Mrs. Wolfe
Attended Sylvia Gill Secretarial College
It's been so long! Snakes, smoking lounge and lots of friends
Keep in touch with good friends!
Sure would like to attend a reunion! Is there such a thing as a 35 yr reunion? Or how about including a few years so we don't miss anyone? can we access yearbooks that far back to try and locate everyone?
Passing French and getting out (finally)! Art, Cathy, Jodi, Chico, Warren, Bruce, Phil, Cindy, Louise and the Chez Albert beer store (is it still there?). The many fun Friday nights refusing to dance to disco music...
A PCHS teacher once told me that I would never amount to anything. Turned out that he was off a little bit. Just do your own thing, your own way...
Mr. McDougall, Mr. Hemens, Madame Tixier
The oil business has taken me to many parts of the world - Canada is the best. Single and have been in Calgary since 1975. Would be great to hear from old friends...

Painting the smoking lounge; friends; hanging at the pizza place...during class; sharing a locker with Greg Buller... sorry about the messy locker, E-reg Greg; being suspended for lighting a cigarette just inside the doors on a windy day; rides in Red's car - automatic, which he shifted like a standard.
And finally, seeing Mr. Domanyi showing his wife and mother around the school at the end of parent/teacher night and realizing that teachers are people who continue to exist outside the building. Who knew.
Ms. MacIntosh (She taught English for one year then left to go to Law school) and of course, Mr. Domanyi (Geography) "Sorry, boy, you should fail!"
...hhmmm...getting out of there!!??
Stick with it...its all worth while..
Still racing after all these years...
John Abbott College
Hard to say. Moved back to the West Island in my graduating year and knew virtually no one. Found myself lost in a sea of concrete and students! My fondest memory would probably be a couple of the dances I attended......(and REMEMBER!!).
Some old-fashioned workplace values like: persistence, delivering more than required, reliability, quality, punctuality, leadership (along with a solid education) will give you an edge in the business world.
Mr. Cato
May 2001. Have read up on some of you on Classmates.com website.... Still remember you all the way you looked back in '73! Funny thing with me is that I ended moving back to DDO with my husband & kids 9 years ago in the same neighbourhood I was in in '73. In fact, my next door neighbour is our old history prof: Wendell McDougall who retired last year; imagine teaching Canadian History for 30 years! My kids will probably end up attending PCHS in the future--what goes around, comes around!!
All the peaple and the long road from St. B to Villa Nova to St. T to night classes to PC. The hill out back our olympic pool (swamp) the PFFD bra.
Take your time it all goes by REALLY fast once you get out.
Mr. Landry, Mr. Hanlin
Glad to see that someone got a site together.

Mr. McDougall, Mr. Cato, Mr. Landry, Mrs. Blumer, Mrs. Hudon, Mr. Rathburn. Had a lot of favorites, didn't I? Also loved Mr. Novak although I never had him.
I wish I'd known about this site years ago. Would have made trying to organize our 40th Reunion a lot easier!

Great friends! Working on the school newspaper. Water polo, Soccer, and definitely the pretty girls.
Enjoy school and learn all that you can. Life goes by fast and can be brutal if you are not prepared. Have a free spirit, and remember that you can always learn something from everyone that you meet!
Dennis Cato, Bernie Young
Anyone interested in starting to plan a 30 year reunion?! Count me in!
